We're looking for a Project Recruitment Consultant to join our team and source healthcare professionals for a national contract until March 2027, with the potential to join the business full-time afterwards.

We support NHS Trusts and private sector organisations by placing registered nurses, midwives, operating department practitioners, doctors, allied health professionals and psychological therapists into temporary, permanent and contract roles. 💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Source and screen healthcare professionals for positions in a mobile clinic, building relationships and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

• Understand role requirements from our clients and assess candidates suitability.

• Interview, schedule and provide excellent service towards the candidates.

• Build the candidate pipeline for future recruitment needs

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

• Recruitment or sales background with demonstrable experience working to targets.

• Experience working in a fast paced environment.

• Proven experience in building stakeholder relationships.
