- Risk & Opportunity Management: Prepare, implement, and maintain the Risk Management Plan. Maintain and continuously update the Risks & Opportunities Register (ROR).
- Governance & Risk Review: Lead the Independent Risk Review with project teams and stakeholders to identify, qualify, and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Reporting & Escalation: Report total risk exposure and contingency updates to the Program Manager and leadership.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with internal teams and work package managers to monitor, align, and control risk profiles.
- Project Control: Oversee project monitoring and risk control activities to keep deliverables on track.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a major scientific discipline.
- Experience: Proven track record leading risk and opportunity management within project environments.
- Competencies: Deep knowledge of Risk Management concepts and techniques, project control activities, and standard tools (e.g., ARM or Risk-X tool).
- Skills: Highly structured, analytical, and resourceful with strong organizational skills.
- Communication & Collaboration: Fluent in English with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work closely with program leadership.
