We're looking for an experienced Project & Service Delivery Manager to join our Digital Engagement team and play a key role in delivering innovative financial engagement solutions that help Australians make more confident financial decisions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Engagement, the Project & Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of project delivery, service performance, resource planning, and team leadership across our Digital Engagement business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a team of Developers and Consultants, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, resources are optimised, and clients receive an exceptional experience.

Working closely with the Head of Digital Engagement, you'll help turn strategy into action by coordinating resources, managing project delivery, supporting client outcomes, and building a high-performing and collaborative team culture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, bringing structure to complex projects, and balancing operational excellence with outstanding client service.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Lead the successful delivery of digital and technology projects across the Digital Engagement portfolio.

  • Manage project planning, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Drive consistency, governance, and continuous improvement across delivery processes.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Developers and Consultants.

  • Manage workloads, priorities, and performance across the team.

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.

  • Support capability development, career growth, and employee engagement.

  • Partner with the Head of Digital Engagement on workforce planning and team development initiatives.

Resource & Capacity Management

  • Manage resource allocation across client projects and operational activities.

  • Monitor team utilisation, capacity, and future resourcing requirements.

  • Balance competing priorities to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

  • Identify resource risks and recommend solutions to support business objectives.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Monitor project budgets, delivery costs, labour utilisation, and profitability.

  • Support forecasting, reporting, and project performance analysis.

  • Ensure accurate time and cost tracking across projects.

  • Contribute to commercially sustainable delivery outcomes.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Consultants and the Head of Digital Engagement to support client success.

  • Provide regular project updates and delivery reporting.

  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery and client experience.

About You

You'll be an experienced delivery professional who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring great outcomes for both clients and colleagues. You will bring:

· Proven experience managing digital, technology, software development, or systems implementation projects.

· Experience leading or mentoring technical and consulting teams.

· Strong project management and service delivery expertise.

· Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, utilisation, and delivery reporting.

· Strong commercial awareness and organisational capability.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms.

· The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience working across multidisciplinary project teams.

· Experience within a digital agency, technology consultancy, software development, or professional services environment, desirable

· Knowledge of UX, digital engagement platforms, financial services, superannuation, insurance, or member communications, desirable

· Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar project management qualification, desirable
