PROJECT SITE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily civil and structural construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan, monitor, and manage site progress to achieve project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to facilitate project coordination and resolve site issues.
- Review construction drawings, technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain construction quality.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, work schedules, site records, and other project documentation.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional
teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,with the ability to
present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and safety requirements will be an advantage.
