Job Summary

Supervise daily construction site activities to ensure adherence to project plans, quality, safety standards, and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors and teams to resolve issues and report progress to project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, workers, and project management teams to facilitate smooth operations
• Monitor work progress and enforce quality and safety standards on site
• Identify, document, and report site issues, delays, and defects promptly to the project manager
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

• Experience in construction site supervision to manage site activities efficiently
• Ability to coordinate workers and subcontractors to achieve project objectives
