Job Summary
You will supervise Addition & Alteration projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and safety standards while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver quality engineering outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Addition & Alteration works to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality installation techniques
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Engineer to prepare Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and related client documentation
- Interpret schematic drawings to guide installation and project execution
- Understand and apply client-specific site requirements for work activities
- Prepare and submit project documents to clients accurately and timely
- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project progress
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed handover reports upon completion
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety requirements
- Prepare testing documentation as requested by Project Manager or Engineer for the project scope
- Perform additional duties assigned by superiors to support project delivery
