Summary
Oversee daily construction site operations, assigning tasks to workers and ensuring projects meet schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, assigning tasks to construction workers to ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, workforce productivity, and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, taking corrective actions when required.
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors to coordinate work activities and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
- Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and worker performance, while addressing operational and personnel issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure sufficient manpower, materials, and equipment are available on-site to support smooth project execution and minimize work disruptions.
