Role Purpose
Supervise field execution of telecom site builds and upgrades, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site construction and installation activities

  • Ensure contractor performance and adherence to scope

  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks

  • Track progress and escalate issues

  • Enforce HSE compliance on site



Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Technical diploma/degree in engineering or related field

  • 3–6 years experience in telecom site supervision

  • Knowledge of tower infrastructure and power systems

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
