【Job contents of BBU PM】
1. Own BBU programs from customer requirements and proof of concept through validation, production readiness and first delivery.
2. Baseline scope, interfaces, acceptance criteria, schedule, resources, budget and risks; maintain decisions and controlled changes.
3. Lead execution across BD, Product, battery/BMS, electrical, mechanical, firmware, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and partners.
4. Drive design, build and validation readiness reviews; close issues with traceable test evidence and configuration-controlled BOMs.
5. Identify critical-path constraints in engineering, suppliers, materials, test capacity and cost; present data-backed recovery options early.
6. Lead customer program communication with accurate progress, issue-resolution plans and commitments agreed with internal owners.
7. Drive supplier and factory readiness, tooling, lead times, quality and cost convergence; complete handoffs to operations and service.
8. Apply stage gates, APQP where appropriate, risk and change control, and lessons learned to enable repeatable BBU delivery.
9. Align presales delivery assumptions and scope or commercial changes with BD; coordinate FAT/SAT and acceptance when in project scope.
