Project Supervisor/Specialist | 專案主任/專員 (ESS)

【Job contents of ESS PM】

■ Lead full project lifecycle for ESS programs (from RFQ/kickoff through FAT and delivery)

■ Own project governance: scope, schedule, cost, and risk management

■ Drive cross-functional coordination across RD (EE/ME/SW), SCM, Quality, and Manufacturing

■ Manage certification processes (UL1973, IEC62619, JIS/J-STAR as applicable)

■ Interface with customers and partners on technical alignment and milestone tracking

■ Establish and maintain project deliverables (MRD, project charter, milestone plans, risk registers)

■ Monitor and report project status to management (weekly/monthly cadence)

■ Support cost control initiatives (BOM tracking, VAVE, margin alignment)

■ Ensure compliance with APQP/IATF16949 processes
