ABOUT THE COMPANY.
We are currently seeking a Project Support & Improvement Officer to join an Upper North Shore Council. This is an opportunity to work within the Project Delivery team, supporting a range of projects and contributing to effective processes and outcomes across the organisation.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Initial 6-month opportunity with potential for extension. You will provide administrative and coordination support across the Project Delivery team, assisting with project systems, reporting, documentation and stakeholder communication.
DUTIES.
- Provide administrative support across project activities
- Maintain project systems, records and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations and project updates
- Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications
- Support process and system improvements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Experience working for Local Council or Government highly desirable
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, Project Management or related field, or relevant experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
