This is a long-term opportunity to work closely with project teams and key stakeholders, supporting the planning, delivery and governance of significant Sunshine Coast infrastructure programs.

You will be a highly organised administration or project support professional who is comfortable working in a busy project environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Experience in project administration, document control and electronic document management systems will be particularly valuable.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage document control systems, ensuring accurate filing, version control and timely retrieval of project documentation
- Coordinate document workflows, including submissions, approvals and revisions
- Manage access and distribution of sensitive documentation, maintaining appropriate confidentiality and permissions
- Administer electronic document management systems such as SharePoint, DMS, InEight or similar platforms
- Establish and maintain project registers, correspondence logs and administrative systems
- Coordinate project team meetings, including scheduling, preparation of documentation, minute taking and distribution
- Maintain spreadsheets, registers and basic statistical reports
- Prepare project correspondence, reports, updates and presentations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain and clarify project information
- Maintain project records in accordance with relevant retention, quality and administrative requirements
- Provide general project and administrative support including data entry, filing and document preparation
About You
You will be a highly organised administration or project support professional who is comfortable working in a busy project environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Experience in project administration, document control and electronic document management systems will be particularly valuable.
Requirements
- Strong project administration and coordination capability
- Experience managing project documentation, registers and correspondence
- Experience with electronic document management systems such as SharePoint, DMS, InEight or similar
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records
- Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities within a project environment
- A criminal history check will be required prior to appointment
Highly Desirable
- Current Class C driver's licence
- Previous Queensland Government experience
- Experience within a transport, construction or large infrastructure project environment
