Project Systems Manager - Smart Building Automation

You’ll be responsible for coordinating people, materials, schedules, and finances to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
Responsibilities

Manage schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders for automation projects
Coordinate installation activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Oversee field execution and support commissioning and system turnover
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Requirements

Experience managing Building Automation or HVAC controls construction projects
Strong understanding of DDC/BMS systems and MEP environments
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Experience with project billing and cost tracking
