The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, digitally savvy individual to support our property development projects and help build smarter ways of working.
This role combines project administration, operational coordination and AI-enabled process improvement. Beyond managing documents and deadlines, you will use AI and digital tools to streamline workflows, solve problems and improve team efficiency.
What You'll Do
Project Administration: Maintain project trackers, document registers, filing systems, submissions and correspondence.
Coordination & Follow-ups: Liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities, track deadlines and ensure outstanding matters are followed through.
AI & Automation: Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Excel and other digital platforms to reduce repetitive work and improve productivity.
Systems Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, develop better workflows and implement practical solutions for project tracking, reporting and document management.
Problem-Solving: Take initiative, resolve routine operational issues and flag matters requiring management decisions.
Who We're Looking For
Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in administration, project coordination or operations.
Organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong ownership and follow-through.
Comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms, with an interest in automation and process improvement.
Able to solve problems, manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Property development or construction experience is an advantage.
