Project Team Member

The Project Team Member is a full-time position and reports to the Project Manager at Crew Carwash. The primary function of the Project Team Member is to install carwash equipment and components at new & existing locations.

Crew’s expectations:

Must be at least 18 years old
Have 1+ year project or construction experience
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
Display good time management on delegated tasks
Adhere to all Crew safety standards
Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices

Work Schedule Guidelines:

Work 5 days/week, Monday-Friday
50% travel is required by air or car with a daily per diem and paid hotels
