We are looking for a Project Technician to join our building services team, effective immediately.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects. Together with our team of eight, you will ensure the smooth implementation of your projects.

Project Management & Implementation: Manage renovation and expansion projects in the field of building services from budgeting to final implementation.
Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with internal departments, external service providers, and suppliers to realize efficient solutions.
Technical Analysis & Optimization: Use monitoring tools to analyze technical systems and drive improvements.
Standardization & Documentation: Develop and document technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for long-term operation.
Support & Collaboration: Share your expertise, support your team, and actively contribute to the further development of energy management and building management systems.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF...

Technical Know-how & Experience: You have completed technical training, ideally in building or utility services, and have initial experience in project management.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: You are confident in coordinating with internal and external partners and can communicate technical matters in an understandable way.
Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: You can evaluate technical systems, identify optimization potential, and develop sustainable solutions.
Teamwork & Initiative: You enjoy working with others, take responsibility, and actively contribute to the further development of processes.
Language Skills: You have good German and English skills to communicate with international stakeholders.

LOCATION: Lahr

Our employees in logistics ensure that more than 50 million customers in 25 European markets receive smooth and reliable service every day. Today, Zalando has a growing European logistics network with currently twelve locations in seven countries. In Germany alone, thousands of employees from over 100 nations work at several Zalando logistics locations.

The logistics center in Lahr in the Black Forest is the newest of our German locations. The 130,000-square-meter building sets new standards for the industry and combines state-of-the-art infrastructure with intelligent thinking and great team cohesion.

We shipped our first package from the Black Forest location in 2016 and offer jobs for around 2,500 colleagues. In addition to entry-level opportunities in warehouse logistics, we are also looking for interested candidates in administration and technical departments in Lahr.
