Projects Manager – Parking Management & Security Systems

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Projects Manager with a strong background in Parking Management and Security Systems within the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) domain. The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal integration and performance of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Parking Management and ELV Security System integration projects.
  

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with company goals.
  

• Develop detailed project plans including work schedules, resources, and budgets.
  

• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
  

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
  

• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  

• Prepare contracts, review job financial reports, and maintain strict budget control.
  

• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.
  

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in managing ELV and systems integration projects.
  

• Expertise in:
  

  • Parking Management Systems
    

  • Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control)
    

  • Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
    

  • ELV Systems: Intercom, Central Battery, Structured Cabling, etc.
    

• In-depth knowledge of contracting and project financials.
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
  

• Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
