The Project Painter is responsible for completing painting and refinishing work throughout the hotel to maintain the property’s appearance, support guest satisfaction, and ensure all areas meet Dusit Thani standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation (sanding, patching, priming).

  • Maintain guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and other hotel facilities in excellent condition.

  • Follow proper safety procedures, including ladder safety and handling of paints and chemicals.

  • Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to complete projects on schedule with minimal disruption.

  • Maintain tools, materials, and work area cleanliness.
