Leads an MSR (building automation: measurement, control, regulation) team at STRABAG in Vienna with full sales and profit responsibility: handles sales, cost estimation, quotations and order intake, and steers MSR projects both technically and commercially while serving as the main contact for the assigned market/customer segment.
Du führst und entwickelst dein Team ganzheitlich und verantwortungsvoll. Du trägst die teambezogene Vertriebs- und Ergebnisverantwortung, insbesondere auf MSR- Projektebene. Du bist Expert:in und erste Ansprechperson für dein jeweiliges Markt- bzw. Kund:innensegment und nimmst an Baubesprechungen teil. Du übernimmst den Vertrieb, die Kalkulation, die Angebotserstellung und die Auftragsannahme. Du steuerst MSR- Projekte sowohl technisch als auch kaufmännisch.
