Promotions Analyst
Summary
Creates and publishes print and digital communications, manages media production equipment, and maintains organizational websites for a church organization.
Starting Range: $18.02/hourly to $20.73/hourly.

The United Pentecostal Church International is currently recruiting for the position of Promotions Analyst within Church Administration. The purpose of this position is to supports the Office of Communications by assisting with the development and execution of internal and external print and digital communications; managing Media Studio operations; and supporting organization-wide communications strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist the Director of Communications in executing the communications strategy of the UPCI.
- Assist with internal and external communications, public relations, and ministry promotions.
- Draft, edit, schedule, and publish content for UPCI websites, social media, newsletters, and other communication platforms.
- Produce, edit, and publish video, photo, audio, and multimedia content.
- Serve as the official photographer for UPCI World Headquarters employee portraits, events, and ministry initiatives.
- Manage the UPCI Media Studio, including scheduling, organization, equipment maintenance, and workflow.
- Coordinate Media Studio usage and train staff on proper equipment and studio procedures.
- Maintain and troubleshoot cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
- Develop graphics, signage, presentations, and branded visual assets for organizational initiatives.
- Manage and update WordPress websites.
- Collaborate with UPCI ministries to develop communication strategies and promotions.
- Coordinate promotional materials, signage, branded displays, and digital assets for event exhibits.
- Support event logistics by organizing resources, displays, printed materials, and promotional giveaways.
- Coordinate special projects assigned by the Director of Communications.
