Summary:

Red Mile’s Promotions team members create a fun, exciting, and amazing customer experiences that

brings everyone coming back for more. This position requires the individual to take ownership and

initiative for all activities and games that increase the patron experience. You will interact with

customers and will need to be comfortable speaking in front of large crowds. The goal of this

position is to be the life of the party, by providing a clean, safe, and fun atmosphere. Delivering

excellent customer service initiatives with enthusiasm is critical for this position.


Essential Duties:

• Responsible for successful execution of all promotional activities.

• Execution of all operational areas including but not limited to promotion set-up, signage,

supplies, and line queuing.

• Responsible for post event reporting and customer feedback to Marketing Manager.

• Participate in team brainstorming & assist in the creative building process of property

promotions.

• Develops and promotes a valued relationship with current and potential Red Mile patrons through

exceptional customer service.

• Facilitates activities in support of current promotions.

• Partners with various other Red Mile team members to meet and exceed customers' service

expectations.

• Provides support and feedback as needed for promotion launches, continuous customer engagement

improvement activities, and overall patron experience.

• Serves as the communication interface between external customers and internal resources for the

purpose of responding to customer expectations.

• Maintains a willingness and ability to help the team out as necessary.


Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Bachelor’s preferred.

• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
