The Opportunity Northbridge Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, international organisation to recruit multiple experienced Pronto ERP Systems Analysts across Brisbane and Perth.

With six permanent opportunities available across Senior and Professional levels, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative technology team supporting business-critical systems across a complex, multi-site operating environment.

We are seeking professionals with strong Pronto ERP expertise who enjoy solving problems, improving systems and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide functional and technical support for Pronto ERP and its integrations.
• Support key modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management and Maintenance Management.
• Identify and implement system improvements, enhancements and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide Level 2 technical support.
• Develop functional and technical documentation, including system specifications and knowledge base materials.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management and system integration activities.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Deliver user training and support to maximise system functionality and efficiency.
• Assist with IT audits, compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You To be successful in these roles, you will ideally bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Pronto ERP, preferably 5+ years.
• Experience across Pronto Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management or Maintenance modules.
• Knowledge or experience with Pronto 4GL programming.
• Experience supporting ERP upgrades, enhancements and integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and conducting system testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A relevant IT qualification or equivalent industry experience.

Experience with ServiceNow, REDMAP AP Automation or Cognos BI Reporting will be highly regarded.
