Property and Casualty Producer-Sales
Horst Insurance, one of Central Pennsylvania's leading insurance agencies, is seeking a qualified and experienced Property and Casualty Producer with strong internal drive and a proven track record in insurance sales. This position is located at our Chadds Ford office.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license
- 3+ years of insurance sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to inform client recommendations
- Solid business acumen
