Property And Tenancy Management Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property and Tenancy Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of commercial properties, ensure smooth leasing operations and delivering excellent tenant service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leasing and marketing initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant property data.
• Prepare tenancy reports, including property inspection records and photographs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants by responding to their needs and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing agents and the Marcom team on tenancy matters.
• Maintain and update tenancy registry.
• Administer tenancy agreements, and other operations administration.
• Monitor rental arrears and assist in arrears management and follow-up.
• Provide support to tenants and prospective tenants with basic A&P activities.
• Coordinate property handover and takeover processes.
• Assist the Property Manager in coordinating basic building maintenance and M&E matters.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in commercial property management, leasing, or tenant relations.
• Outgoing, positive, and able to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Basic understanding of building operations and M&E systems is an advantage.
