Property Assistant
Company Overview
We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and committed Property Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that building operations run smoothly and tenants' needs are attended to promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Support daily property operations to ensure smooth and efficient property management
Coordinate and communicate with tenants, contractors, service providers, and vendors to resolve issues and facilitate services
Supervise contractors to ensure work meets approved specifications and quality standards
Monitor maintenance, repair, and rental matters and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Conduct regular site inspections to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs
Assist with dispatch duties and operational tasks to support property management activities
Requirements
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Apply good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Work independently with minimal supervision by proactively managing assigned tasks
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and work-related duties to ensure proper property oversight
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in property management will be an advantage.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Show passion for real estate and property management to drive engagement and commitment
