Property/Building Executive (Commercial Building)

Our client is a premier real estate developer and asset owner with an established portfolio of high-spec commercial properties in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Building Executive to oversee operational excellence for a flagship Grade A commercial development located in the West region.
About the job
- Daily Site Inspections: Walk the grounds daily to check cleanliness, signage, and common facilities, and follow up on rectifications needed.
- Term Contractor Management: Oversee contractors for security, cleaning, landscape, waste, irrigation, lifts, carparks, and general repairs.
- Fire Safety & CERT: Serve as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT), run fire drills, and check fire safety systems regularly.
- Fit-Out & Reinstatement: Work with the M&E team to coordinate required testing and inspections during tenant fit-outs and reinstatements.
- Tenant Relations: Handle tenant feedback, build good rapport, and respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.
- Budget & Administration: Assist with OpEx and CapEx budget planning, vendor procurement, and maintain proper files and records.
Skills and experience required
- Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant property management in commercial building.
