Job Description

We're looking for a self-motivated self-starter with real drive and hustle who's ready to make a ton of money selling property, casualty, and life insurance. The ideal person has a strong center of influence, a positive and energetic attitude, and the drive to go out and create their own business, not just wait for leads to come in.

You don't need to be licensed. I'll train and license the right person, and I'll reward them handsomely for their results.

In this role, you'll prospect for new clients, follow up on and call leads, and work your own center of influence to bring in business. The goal is simple: build your own book of business and earn as much as your hustle allows.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and generate your own leads
• Follow up on and call incoming leads
• Quote and write home and auto insurance policies
• Set and run life insurance appointments
• Work your own center of influence for referrals
• Enter and manage prospects in our CRM system, keeping records accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to sell
• Very outgoing and comfortable talking to people
• Team-oriented; we're a small office, so everyone pulls together
• Hands-on and self-motivated, ready to get things done every single day
• Sales experience is a plus, especially retail sales experience
• No property and casualty license required; we'll train the right person
• Basic computer skills for CRM and data entry
