Property Condition Assessment Field Professional Subconsultant
We are looking to build our network of field professionals who specialize in Property Condition Assessments. This will be a subcontractor role, where you will work alongside our full-time staff to conduct various projects across the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity in the commercial real estate due diligence industry.
Requirements
- Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations.
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in conducting property condition assessments.
- Experience using Quire.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Professional certifications, such as Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required.
- Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
