Property Consultant - (Fluent English & Arabic) Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant/Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a multilingual professional with deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, a strong sales record, and the ability to connect with clients through powerful communication and storytelling. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, closing deals, and representing our company’s values with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven real estate experience in Abu Dhabi (residential, commercial, or off-plan).
Strong sales record and network in the local market.
Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages such as Hindi, French, or Russian are a plus).
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to build trust and influence clients.
Experience with modern AI tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems for lead generation and client management.
Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under a commission-based structure.
