Property Executive (Residential)

Job Description

Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential property. This role involves ensuring the properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and meeting the needs of residents and stakeholders.

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensuring it is clean, safe, and well-presented.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance works, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and requests promptly.
  • Handle residents’ inquiries, complaints, and emergencies, providing effective solutions.
  • Ensure the property complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Manage and maintain proper documentation and records for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Implement and oversee safety and security protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of property management activities, including maintenance logs, tenant communications, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Property Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes for management committee meetings.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related role
  • Well versed in the BMSMA Act.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
