Property Management Accountant

This position offers flex scheduling - 2 days at home, 3 days in the office (which includes free, connected heated parking ramp), excellent pay and benefits, and a great work environment! We are a growing multi-family real estate management company, located in downtown Minneapolis.

Responsibilities include timely completion of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting including audit completion for your portfolio. The preparation of these entails all elements required to produce accurate financials including (but not limited to), bank reconciliations, general ledger adjustments, accrual calculations, gross potential rent reconciliations, owner/lender/agency/audit inquiries, reconciliation of all reports and statements.
