Property Manager

The Ideal Candidate Must be Able to:

• Manage all operations of the property in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
• Recruit, hire, train and manage the performance of associates to ensure achievement of performance goals.
• Demonstrate ability to understand and accomplish financial goals and report on the financial performance of the asset.
• Prepare annual budgets timely and accurately.
• Knowledgeable of market conditions and ability to make recommendations to optimize performance to remain competitive in the submarket.
• Proven work experience as a Property Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
