Property Manager Role Overview: We’re looking for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 150 properties. You’ll be the key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, managing reactive maintenance and property visits. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with up to 3 days per week remote, and full access to a company pool car for property visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm and report maintenance issues with tenants and landlords
• Liaise with contractors and keep both parties informed on progress
• Confirm late payments with tenants and identify reasons
• Discuss solutions with tenants and guarantors, if needed
• Update landlords and liaise with rent/legal insurers
• Confirm landlord's extension requirements
• Inform tenants and negotiate between both parties
• Schedule visit per business terms with tenant
• Compile visit report via software
• Send report to landlord and tenant
• Confirm maintenance issues with both parties
• Conduct property visits and check outs

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communicator
• 1 year's experience in a property management role
• Valid drivers license
• ARLA Qualified (Preferred but not essential)

Package and Benefits:

• £25,000 - £29,000 DOE Plus commission OTE £27,500 - £31,500
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
• Remote working 3 days per week with 2 office days following probation
• Use of Pool car for all out of office appointments
