Property Manager

CLK Multifamily Management, LLC Full-Time | On-Site | Exempt

CLK Multifamily Management is a sole owner-operated company with over 20 years in the industry and a safety-first culture for every employee. We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our community.

What You'll Do (a snapshot — not a full list)

• Oversee all daily operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and administrative functions
• Manage the property budget and financial performance, including invoice approval and monthly reporting
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; handle HRIS actions such as time records, salary changes, and performance reviews
• Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction through marketing, resident relations programs, and property inspections
• Oversee unit turnover, maintenance coordination, and capital improvement projects
• Review lease files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for move-ins and renewals
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and manage contractor scheduling and billing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns, escalations, and service requests
• Enforce lease terms and community policies while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other applicable laws

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of property management experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
• Proficiency with property management software (UKG, RealPage, Yardi, or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Strong financial and organizational skills
• CAM, CAPS, or similar certification a plus
