The Role:
- Manage a commercial property portfolio with support from senior team members
- Be the main point of contact for tenant enquiries and day-to-day matters
- Handle lease administration, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Manage rental collections, outgoings, and arrears control
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting processes
- Coordinate maintenance, invoices, and contractor works
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in Residential Property Management
- Ready to transition into commercial property
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
