Property Manager

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a new lease-up apartment community, leading leasing efforts while overseeing daily property operations and resident services. This role will play a key part in establishing a successful community by driving occupancy, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing efficient property operations from the start. The Property Manager is responsible for providing quality service to residents, the efficient operation of the property, and the completion of required administrative tasks. This position reports to the Regional Property Manager. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. This is a part-time position working 28 hours per week.
