Property Manager - Operations Leader
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager / Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of a residential community.
This is a leadership and operations role, focused on driving property performance, strengthening processes, and ensuring a consistently high-quality resident experience. You will serve as the operational leader for the property, supporting the team, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve how things work.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations for the residential community
Manage and develop on-site leasing and maintenance teams
Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and personnel issues
Drive accountability for performance, service standards, and outcomes
Oversee leasing performance, occupancy, and pricing activity
Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support growth and performance
Identify gaps in process and implement operational improvements
Track KPIs and ensure accurate property-level reporting
Support lease-up activity and the integration of new acquisitions as needed
Partner with centralized teams to improve systems and execution

Property management or hospitality/service leadership experience
Experience managing residential property operations preferred
Experience leading small teams, including leasing and maintenance
Exposure to lease-ups, acquisitions, or property transitions is a plus
Strong communicator with a people-first leadership style
