Property Manager-Part Time

Coordinating services such as leasing, property maintenance, vendor contracts, records, controls, and other administrative activities for the property.
Must have ability and desire to take full ownership of financial performance of entire complex and be able to identify and solve problems on proactive basis.
Manager needs to be able to keep delinquency low while increasing occupancy.
Previous apartment property management experience - 1 year minimum
Excellent customer service experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional appearance and presence.
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to multi-task.
Genuinely enjoyment helping others and working with the public
Team-oriented, self-motivated and positive attitude
Computer skills to enter and manipulate data
Tax Credit Experience Preferred, Yardi Software Experience Preferred
