What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of affordable housing communities.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other affordable housing programs.
- Manage leasing, occupancy, and resident relations.
- Guide new development lease-ups from pre-leasing to full occupancy.
- Supervise on-site staff and partner with maintenance teams.
- Monitor property performance, budgets, and reporting requirements.
- Help create welcoming communities where residents can thrive.
