About the Position…

The position will require you to assist the management team with the current portfolio of residential and commercial properties, while effectively developing professional relationships and building a property portfolio of your own. You will need to ensure that new management listings are leased at the required market value, while ensuring all rental listings are completing promptly and within the allocated timeframes.

Further responsibilities include;

• Manage Property Rental Requests & Instructions
  
• Completing Ingoing/ Outgoing & Periodic Inspections
  
• Organising Maintenance & Repairs
  
• Managing Rent Arrears
  
• Some Property Management & General Administration Duties
  

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a portfolio of residential or commercial properties, along with a positive and professionalism outlook towards sales and meeting targets.

Further requirements include…

• Must have current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence.
  
• Professional appearance with proven relationship and interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
  
• Proven success in prioritising and delivering results on schedule, with minimal supervision.
  
• A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning.
  
• Experience with Property Me, Realworks, Inspect Real Estate and VaultRE are advantageous.

The company is offering a salary of $50,000 - $60,000 plus superannuation.
