About the role

Our client continues to grow and we are looking to hire a Property Manager to manage a consolidated portfolio of properties in Valencia and to acquire new clients.

We are looking for a decisive person, with a customer orientation and negotiation skills, who enjoys dealing with owners and brings peace of mind to the communities.

What you'll do

Reporting to the area director:

• Preparation and execution of ordinary or extraordinary general meetings.
• Attention to owners.
• Property management Property rental management Asset management
• Lease agreements Local administration Real estate sector
• Property regulations... Supplier management Claims management
• Management with suppliers and Public Administrations.
• Periodic invoicing.
• Extraordinary assessments.
• Budgetary monitoring.
• Analysis of deviations.

What we're looking for

Degree/Bachelor's in Law/Business Administration

· Training as a Property Manager, preferably registered with the professional association or with the possibility of registering.

· At least 2 years of experience managing homeowners' communities, preferably having carried out the setup of new communities, as well as the management of communities in the portfolio.

• Own vehicle

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Valencian is valued
• Adaptable to management ERP, SAP is highly valued
