Property Manager

Our client is an Investment Holding company, they are currently seeking for an Property Manager to join their team.

Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations and direct management of Commercial Buildings
• Improve the service level and to set objectives to enhance the image of the Company
• Supervision of staff and contractors, arrange and attend regular meeting with IO/OC
• Follow instructions and assignments given by the Senior Management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
• Less than 5 years’ relevant working experience will be considered as Property Officer
• PMP(Property Management Practitioner) licence (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
