Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained, operates within established financial and operational policies, and complies with applicable regulatory and funding requirements. The Property Manager provides supervision and guidance to assigned staff, where applicable, and works collaboratively with Resident Services and Maintenance teams to address property needs and foster a supportive living environment for residents. The Property Manager also collaborates with other Property Managers across SAHA's portfolio and may assist with special projects based on operational needs and availability.

Location: This position will work at Madison at 14th Street Apartments in Oakland, CA.
