PROPERTY MANAGER

Property Manager – Crowley, LA

Job Summary:
Standard Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to lead operations at an apartment community in Crowley, Louisiana. This role involves supervising office and maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, and delivering outstanding service to residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property
• Supervise 1 Leasing Agent and 2–3 Maintenance Technicians
• Oversee rent collection, leasing, and re-certifications
• Conduct property inspections and maintain resident files
• Ensure compliance with Tax Credit, HUD, and Fair Housing regulations
• Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to meet occupancy and financial goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing affordable housing (TAX Credit)
• Strong understanding of HUD regulations and Fair Housing laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to walk the property and climb stairs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
