About the brand
Stay Texas manages vacation homes across the Texas Hill Country and beyond, combining local expertise with a genuine love for the Texas experience. From family vacations to romantic getaways, the goal is to make every stay feel welcoming, personal, and effortless — while helping homeowners protect their properties and maximize their investment. With local teams handling housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, revenue management, and guest support, the details matter at Stay Texas.
The role
You own the performance and day-to-day operation of a portfolio of short-term rental homes. You are the main point of contact for property owners, the person who keeps maintenance and housekeeping moving, and the person making sure problems are handled before they become guest complaints.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable being in the field, talking to owners and vendors, checking the details, and following something through until it is actually done. Assigning a work order is not the same as resolving it. If something is yours, you own the follow-through.
Where you sit
You sit in Operations and work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, Guest Services, revenue management, vendors, and leadership.
This is an on-site role in Texas, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities on weekends and holidays. You will spend time both managing your portfolio from your computer and visiting properties in the field.
