Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of properties located at The Launchpad in Colorado Springs, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property’s value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing all aspects of property administration with a large emphasis on supportive services, affordable LIHTC experience, and social service background
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties at The Launchpad.
Coordinate tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and conflict resolution.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upkeep.
Manage rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting related to property operations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations and laws.
Develop and implement property marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, maintenance, and other property-related documentation.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and emergencies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing, and maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local Colorado Springs property laws and regulations is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Compensation* $28-$32
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
