Property Manager

- Location: Leeds - Main Campus - Salary: £29,588 to £33,002 - Contract type: Fixed Term (16 months, as there is a need for temporary cover) - Closing date: 15 November 2026 Interviews are expected to be held on the 26th and 27th November. This role will be based on the university campus at the location of 155-157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds, LS2 3ED **This is an exciting opportunity to manage a mixed portfolio of student occupied properties ranging from off-street shared student housing, small purpose-built student accommodation, and housing for students with dependents in Leeds.** We are looking for someone with experience within housing, property management, facilities management, hospitality, or residential services. Your experience should be complemented by a strong customer focus, an interest in student welfare, and a commitment to enhancing the university experience. This post requires flexibility, initiative and considerable organisation of workload and carries a high level of responsibility in ensuring that health and safety routines are carried out with accuracy and rigour.
