Property Marketing Specialist

BrightDrop VA LLC is looking for a Property Marketing Specialist to support our US-based client in the property management and real estate industry.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys combining digital marketing, content creation, and property-focused marketing in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Create and manage marketing content for properties and digital channels
Support social media and digital marketing initiatives
Maintain and update online property listings and marketing materials
Assist with website and digital content management
Conduct market research and analyze industry/property trends
Support online reputation and review management
Help develop marketing materials and campaigns for the property portfolio
