Summary
Oversee maintenance of shared property, supervise contractors, inspect building systems, and address resident concerns for a residential management body.
- Manage and maintain common property of the MCST
- Supervise term contractors to ensure job completion
- Carry out inspection of building services and M&E equipment to identify defects
- Handle and respond to feedback from residents / occupiers
- Generate inspection checklist and reports
- Attend council meetings
- Able to work independently
