Property Officers (Dormitories/Mon - Fri)

• Reporting to the Property Manager and assisting him in ensuring that premises are well maintained
• Calling of quotations, handling telephone call and enquiries.
• Handing and taking over of units to tenants. Updating of occupant list and processing of dormitory passes
• Dealing with contractors on dormitory maintenance issues and supervision of works
• Conduct regular unit inspection and rectification on irregularities
• Dealing with tenants on tenancy, quotations, payments and maintenance related matters
• Other assignments/matters as directed by the Management

Requirements:

• NITEC or relevant certifications in Building/ Real Estate/ Facility Management
• Some experience in dormitory, property management or related field preferred. Open to accept and train candidates with no dormitory experiences
• Certified Fire Safety Manager would be an advantage.
• Preferably possessing a class 2B or 3 license.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday (9am to 6:30pm/12pm to 9:30pm)
• Locations: Jurong and Woodlands
• Candidates available immediately or short notice preferred
• Monthly salary depending on experiences + allowances + AWS
